An MDC government will work to bring investor confidence into our economy through stabilizing the economy, restoring our credit worthiness. An MDC government will resuscitate and manage the supply side of our economy mainly through resuscitating key sector such as agriculture, mining, and tourism.

An MDC government will restore good relations with regional, continental and the international community. An MDC government will target poverty reduction and empowerment of the weak, poor and all citizens.

An MDC government will embark on a rigorous infrastructural development exercise such as road, rail and modern communications network that promotes development of the economy, industry and promote growth through absence of government interference.
